The SACCO acquired a large chunk of land and established a Parliamentary village at Bulindo Kira  Municipality, similar to the minister’s village in Ntinda. It is exclusively for members of the SACCO. The plots are available on first come first serve basis.

The  Estate was zoned into 3 sections.

1. Big plots of 100ft x 100ft.
2. Small plots of 50ft x 100ft.
3. Commercial / service section with recreation, shopping, kindergarten and a health centre
