The Uganda Parliamentary Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (UPSACCO) was registered in March 2003 under the Co-operative Statute,1992. The SACCO has grown from strength to strength, and this growth has made it one of the leading SACCOs in Uganda.

Membership
The SACCO membership is comprised of sitting and former members of Parliament of Uganda, current and former staff of Parliament, ex-officios and members of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and their immediate family members.
The SACCO is member owned, member controlled and member used.
